Leadership

 

Steven B. Wright, President

Steven joined Business Records Management in 1995 and became its President in 2000.  Steven received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami, FL School of Law in 1995.  He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

 

Steven recently finished a term on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh.  Steven is married with three children and enjoys golfing when he finds the time.

 

 

 

Chris Neefus, Chief Executive Officer

Chris joined BRM in 2008 and has worked in the services industry since 1978He has a long history of business development and management responsibility, beginning with Time Sharing Resources Inc. in New York; Informatics Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Equitable Insurance Company; and Anacomp Inc., a Fortune 500 technology services provider.  Chris also acquired retail experience as the founder and president of Cobbler Ventures Ltd., a small chain of restaurants which he sold in 1989.

 

Chris and his wife Teresa enjoy spending time with their golden retriever and vicariously reliving their college years through their two sons.

 

 

 

Autumn McGinnis-Gollob, Director of Customer Relations and Marketing

Autumn McGinnis-Gollob joined Business Records Management in 1996.  Autumn has over ten years experience in the records management industry.  She is recently completed her fourth term on the Board of ARMA International's Pittsburgh Chapter, as Chapter President

 

Autumn is responsible for the oversight and direction of customer relationship management, customer service, client database management and marketing.  Autumn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and received her Master's Degree of Business Administration in 2007.

 

  

 

Linda Mottern, Director of Finance and Human Resources

Linda has 27 years of experience in the records management industry, including 10 years as Controller for National Underground Storage (NUS) and for the Boyers, PA location of Iron Mountain.  She has been with BRM since 1999.

 

Linda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education/Biology and a Master’s Degree in Accounting, both earned from Slippery Rock UniversityShe is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

 

Richard E. Schofield, Jr., Director of Information Technology

Rick joined Business Records Management in 2008 and has worked in the information technology industry for over 16 years.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing in 1987 as well as a Masters of Information Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997.


Rick is married and enjoys hiking, mountain biking and playing tennis with his three daughters.

 

Joseph G. Gross, Regional Sales Manager

Joe Gross joined BRM in 1994 and has over 17 years of experience in the information management field.  Joe is well versed in the information management needs for medical practices and hospitals, legal firms, financial institutions, and various other industries.  He is a member of the Pittsburgh Technology Council and the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) where he currently serves as past president.

Joe is also the chief of Seville Volunteer Fire Company in Ross Township, serves as Public Relations Chairman and other committee positions with the Ross Township Firemen’s Association, and is active in community programs for fire safety for childrenIn his personal life, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

  

 

Patty Foster, Customer Service Manager

Patty Foster has been with BRM since 1990.  Patty earned degrees in education and psychology from Seton Hill University in 1982.  Her duties include supervising seven customer service representatives and processing orders from Pittsburgh, Erie, and Johnstown.

 

Patty has been married for 14 years and has two children, and enjoys crossword puzzles and counted cross-stitch in her spare time.

 

 

 

Jack Riva, Director of Operations

Jack joined BRM in December 2006, and has 16 years of experience in management, 14 years in operations management and two years in industrial engineering management.  His additional responsibilities include training and employee development, safety programs, customer relations, employee relations, quality control, productivity, cost control and daily logistics.

 

Prior to BRM, Jack was an 18-year employee of United Parcel Service (UPS), advancing from a part-time worker to Operations Supervisor in Johnstown, followed by Business Manager in Altoona.  In 2004, he became Business Manager at the UPS Erie facility.  Under Riva’s leadership, his UPS operation received numerous awards, including Best Overall Facility and the National Operational Excellence Award.  Jack earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.

 

Thomas Gollob, Pittsburgh Operations Manager

Tom joined Business Records Management in 1994 and has a combined total of over 15 years in the records management industry.  As Operations Manager, Tom oversees the daily workings of the BRM couriers, warehousing, destruction, refiles and special projects.

 

Tom enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, coaching t-ball and watches his five-year-old son play hockey.

 

 

 

Matt Koch, Pittsburgh Operations Manager
Matt Joined BRM in 1997 and has over 18 years of experience in the records management industry. Matt oversees the daily operations of the computer media storage vault, shipping, quality control, inventory control, Penn Avenue and Greentree facilities as well as assisting with the operations in Erie and Johnstown.

 

 

John M. Pudliner, Johnstown Operations Manager

John Pudliner has been the Operations Manager in Johnstown since 1999, since the inception of the former Stonycreek Shredding and Records Management.  From 1992 to 1999, he held various management positions with Walnut Management Corporation in Johnstown.  Under his direction, Stonycreek averaged 30% revenue growth from 2002 to 2006.

 

John is a native of Central Pennsylvania and currently resides in the Vinco area of Johnstown.  He is a member in the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) and active in the Johnstown Chapter of the Professional Referral Exchange.  John is also an active member of several area Chambers of Commerce, including the Cambria, Bedford, Somerset, and Blair County Chambers.

 

 

Kevin Carter, Erie Operations Manager

Kevin joined BRM in January 2007, and manages the company's operations throughout northwestern Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio and western New York.  In addition to his operational duties, he also manages BRM's sales efforts in Erie.

 

Kevin graduated from the Academy of Health Sciences in 1988.  Previously, he served the United States Air Force as a military policeman in Minot, ND.  His military career garnered numerous awards, including the National Defense Service Medal for honorable active service and the Outstanding Unit Award from the Strategic Air Command

 

 

 

William J. Freed, Facilities Manager

Bill Freed is responsible for the maintenance of BRM's buildings and fleet of vehicles in Pittsburgh, Johnstown and Erie.  Prior to his years at BRM, he was the chief engineer of a local hotel.  While the company was in its infancy, Bill was the only person performing janitorial and repair duties.  As the company grew, more staff was added.

 

A former member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Bill is married and the proud father of three sons and a daughter.  He is an 18-year resident of Pittsburgh, having moved here from Beaver County.
