| Chris joined BRM in 2008 as Chief Executive Officer. He has worked in the services industry since 1978, and has a long history of business development and management responsibility. His development properties include Time Sharing Resources Inc. in New York; Informatics Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Equitable Insurance Company; and Anacomp Inc., a Fortune 500 technology services provider. Chris also acquired retail experience as the founder and president of Cobbler Ventures Ltd., a small chain of restaurants which he sold in 1989.

| Joseph G. Gross, Regional Sales Manager |
Joe joined BRM in 1994 and has over 17 years of experience in the information management field. Joe is well versed in the information management needs for medical practices and hospitals, legal firms, financial institutions, and various other industries. He is a member of the Pittsburgh Technology Council and the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) where he currently serves as past president. Joe is also the Chief of Seville Volunteer Fire Company in Ross Township, serves as Public Relations Chairman and other committee positions with the Ross Township Firemen’s Association, and is active in community programs for fire safety for children. In his personal life, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. |

Jack Riva, Director of Operations
Jack joined BRM in December 2006, and has 16 years of experience in management, 14 years in operations management and two years in industrial engineering management. His additional responsibilities include training and employee development, safety programs, customer relations, employee relations, quality control, productivity, cost control and daily logistics.
Prior to BRM, Jack was an 18-year employee of United Parcel Service (UPS), advancing from a part-time worker to

Debbie joined BRM in 2007 and has worked in the Human Resources field since 1995. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University where she received several accolades.
Debbie is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is also a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP). |

Matt joined BRM in 1997 and has over 21 years of experience in the records management industry. Matt oversees all of the daily operations in Pittsburgh. |
| Jim Kirschman, Central Pennsylvania District Manager |

Jim joined BRM in November 2008, and manages the company's operations throughout central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. Before joining BRM, Jim was a 30-year employee of United Parcel Service (UPS). He had been a manager for 19 years, and has extensive experience in operations, industrial engineering and human resources. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in geography from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Arts degree from Saint Francis University in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
Jim and his wife have three children. He is a PIAA basketball official in his spare time, and is heavily involved in girls' fast-pitch softball. He also enjoys golf and tennis, and is a huge fan of University of Pittsburgh athletics. |
Dennis joined BRM in February of 2011 as the Erie District Manager. Prior to joining BRM Dennis owned and operated Specialty Distribution LLC. He was the exclusive transportation provider and manager for the Erie Times News Transportation Department. Dennis has over 20 years of managerial experience in the service industry community. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Grove City College majoring in Economics. He is married to Cathy and they have two daughters Sarah and Hannah. | ||
