Going Green Night #1 will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2009. Prior to the Chiefs’ 7:05 PM game against the Cincinnati Cyclones at the Cambria County War Memorial Arena, members of the public may bring one box of paper documents per person to be destroyed free of charge. All documents will be securely shredded and recycled, benefiting the environment.
A second event will be held on Friday, February 20, 2009.
BRM encourages residents to bring obsolete personal records such as bank statements, credit card receipts, tax paperwork, bills and other statements. Bonded BRM personnel will be on hand to collect the records and to provide a Certificate of Destruction upon receipt, stating that the records will be destroyed. The Certificate will then entitle the holder to a discounted game ticket from the box office.
