Business Records Management, (BRM) is the records repository of the medical records for Open MRI of Erie. The medical records will be indexed and stored in our secure facilities. All records will be destroyed on February 28, 2011.

Payment Information
BRM will charge a flat fee of $9.02 for the search and retrieval (which is non-refundable). Upon receipt of Release of Information form and payment of $9.02. This includes the per page photocopy cost and postage (the fees are in accordance with Pennsylvania legislation).
Payment Form
Money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks will be accepted as payment. Credit card payments will not be accepted.
Availability of Released Medical Records
Fulfilled requests will be distributed with in seven (7) days after the photocopy and postage invoice is received at BRM.
